We’ve tried to accurately portray our stunning handmade accessories, but because of the natural qualities of the materials, there may be some variations in colour or shape. Unfortunately, Tristan Brooke cannot be held responsible for discrepancies in appearance caused by customer computer equipment or software.

Sizing

All items are made to a standard size. We are happy to create pieces to your own personal measurements at no extra charge to ensure a perfect fit. Please contact us if you require any help or advice.

Your relevant details will be saved on our secure online database for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. Please note, we will never share or sell your information. Additionally, you will be automatically registered to our mailing list and may receive newsletters, which you can opt-out of at any time.

Returns

Due to the intricate and delicate nature of each item, we regret to inform you that refunds or exchanges cannot be provided if you change your mind. However, we take great care to ensure that all items are accurately described and photographed to exhibit their details and colours. All pieces ordered from the website are individually made to order. We pay meticulous attention to detail and thoroughly check the quality of each item multiple times before shipping. We take every precaution to ensure our pieces are packaged safely and shipped via a registered and trackable shipping service. We also understand sometimes we get things wrong and will happily repair or replace an item that arrives damaged. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods for rectification of your order by contacting us at enquires@tristanbrookebridal.com.
