All our accessories are handmade to order and prioritised by the date your order was placed. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production. We will however always strive to deliver them as quickly as possible, but the production period is only a guideline for how long you’ll have to wait before your item is ready for delivery. If you require your accessories at very short notice, please contact Tristan Brooke to arrange a rush order.
Items are gift-wrapped in beautiful packaging and sent by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL.
For international orders, you may be required to pay customs charges once your parcel arrives at its country of destination. Payment of import duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Please note, the timeframes above are estimates for delivery only and do not factor in processing or production times. For international shipments, you may also need to allow for possible delays with custom clearances.
