Step One
Send us an email or fill out our form to share your vision for your custom bridal hairpiece. Please provide as much information as possible, including your wedding date, venue, photos of your wedding dress, bridal hairstyle and some examples of styles you like to give us a better sense of your vision and what you are looking for.
Step Two
We will aim to respond to your email within 48 hours. We will work together to narrow down some options, finalize your design, provide a quote, and send you a timeframe. After everything has been approved, we will create an online listing for you to submit your purchase. Once payment is received, we’ll begin working on your custom bridal piece!
Step Three
Once production is complete we’ll send you photos of the finished piece. We understand how important it is for you to love your hairpiece, so we’ll make sure you’re happy with the results before we package it up in our signature box and ship it out to you. We’ll send you tracking so you can follow its journey and be reassured that it’s on its way.
