Yes, In most circumstances we will be able to accommodate you. Please contact us directly to place your order and discuss the delivery date required. There may be a rush order charge applicable.
Shipping and Delivery

Yes, we use a registered and trackable service to ship all parcels. You can track your parcel's journey from our studio to your designated location. We will send you an email to notify you once your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.
When shipping items internationally, customs or import duties may apply upon arrival to the destination country. Recipients of the package are responsible for covering these costs. Customers should be aware of their home country's customs policies and clearance fees. Import duties vary widely from one country to another and we cannot confirm what the cost would be.
Returns and Refunds
We regret to inform you that refunds or exchanges cannot be provided if you change your mind, due to the intricate and delicate nature of each item. However, we take great care to ensure every item is accurately described, photographed, and individually made to order with meticulous attention to detail and multiple quality checks before shipping. Additionally, we take every precaution to safely package and ship via a registered and trackable service. In case of any issues, we offer a 14-day window for notifying us of damaged goods and will happily repair or replace them.
